Frequently Asked Questions

talkbubble1a1a

what is the cost for a Church Coach to come and lead us in the 3D Process?

First, please contact us to set up a webinar with one of our coaches. We'll overview the ministry at Sixteen:Fifteen, give examples from other churches, and answer your questions.

If still interested, one of our Church Mission Coaches will come to your church to hold an introductory Discovery Workshop without any cost to the church, other than travel expenses and lodging for the time they are with you. Together, you will assess the current status of your missions efforts and readiness to move to the next level.

After the introductory Discovery Workshop, most churches decide to engage us for the whole 3D Mobilization Process. A Church Coaching Agreement is discussed and signed that includes a monthly contribution that you determine, based on the Lord's leading. It is Sixteen:Fifteen's goal to see all churches that have a desire to paricipate do so.

I have noticed that your 3D Church Coaching Process can take 7 to 9 months. Why is this length of time necessary?

Building a church missions program that has a lasting impact takes time. This doesn't mean that you stop what you are already doing, but we help you evaluate and take steps to engage in a God-birthed vision for the nations. Our experience suggests that this takes some time to implement and affect the whole church.

Why do you require the participation of church leaders and the pastor in addition to the mission folks?

We believe that your key church and mission leaders must come together to evaluate your current mission outreach and to share their passions and perspectives, as well as seek the Lord together for His plan and direction for the future. We have found that the resulting unified mission and vision builds the solid foundation for a church-wide passion and support of the church's mission endeavors.

Who should attend the Discovery Workshop at our church?

We highly recommend that the senior pastor, missions pastor (if you have one), elders or deacons (your key church leaders) and your missions committee participate in the Discovery Workshop.

What are the benefits of partnership for me?

Your financial involvement with Sixteen:Fifteen will help us continue to glorify Christ as we mobilize churches to effectively spread the Gospel to the ends of the earth. And as you pray for us, you will be taking part in the glory of God as it shines through local churches everywhere discovering the power and presence of the risen Christ as they obey His Great Commission.

"All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."

(Matthew 28:18-20)
